Terms of Service

WP Stager Integration is a service by Lavendr Studio (ā€œwe,ā€ ā€œour,ā€ or ā€œusā€). By installing, accessing, or using WP Stager Integration, our plugin, website, or related services (together, the ā€œServiceā€), you agree to these Terms of Service (ā€œTermsā€). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

1. License & Use

  1. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the plugin for your own personal or business purposes, subject to these Terms.
  2. You may not copy, resell, sublicense, distribute, or reverse-engineer the plugin or its code.
  3. All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including all intellectual property rights, remain with us. You acquire no ownership rights by using the Service.
  4. You are responsible for ensuring that your WordPress environment meets the minimum technical requirements for use of the plugin.

2. Subscriptions & Payments

  1. The Service is provided on a monthly or annual subscription basis.
  2. All payments are securely processed by third-party payment provider (Stripe). We do not store your full payment details.
  3. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled before the renewal date.
  4. If payment is not successfully processed, we may suspend or terminate your access to the Service until payment is received.
  5. Prices are exclusive of VAT and other applicable taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
  6. Pricing and payment terms are available on our website and may be updated from time to time. Any changes will apply at the start of the next billing cycle.
  7. Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

3. Free plugin configuration

  1. Our Free Plugin Configuration Service allows us—at your request—to install, activate, and configure the WP Stager Integration plugin on your website at no additional cost. You may always choose to perform this setup yourself; this service is offered solely as a complimentary convenience.
  2. The Free Plugin Configuration Service is limited to one (1) use per license key/domain and must be requested within twelve (12) months of the initial license purchase. To request this service, please contact us at support@wpstagerintegration.com.
  3. In order to perform the Free Plugin Configuration service, we require administrator-level access to your WordPress website and access to your Stager account. In certain cases, FTP or server access may also be required.
  4. This service is provided ā€œas isā€ and without any additional warranties, express or implied. No warranties apply to the Free Plugin Configuration Service beyond those that already apply to the WP Stager Integration plugin itself.

4. Support Policy

  1. We provide customer support by email at support@wpstagerintegration.com.
  2. Support includes help with installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of the plugin.
  3. Support does not include custom development, modifications to your WordPress site, or resolving issues caused by third-party themes or plugins, or custom code on your site.
  4. We aim to respond within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays), but we do not guarantee specific response times.

5. Full Integration Service

  1. Our Full Integration Service provides hands-on assistance with implementing and integrating the WP Stager Integration plugin into your WordPress website beyond the standard configuration.
  2. This service may include setup, customization within the plugin’s intended functionality, and assistance aligning the plugin with your existing workflows.
  3. The Full Integration Service is subject to a reasonable and fair use policy. This means:
    1. The service is intended for initial integration and reasonable follow-up adjustments, not ongoing or unlimited development work.
    2. Requests must remain within the intended capabilities of the plugin and typical integration scope.
    3. Excessive, repetitive, or significantly expanding requests (e.g., ongoing feature changes, redesigns, or continuous iterations) may be declined or require a separate paid agreement.
    4. We reserve the right to determine, at our sole discretion, what constitutes reasonable use of this service.
  4. The Full Integration Service does not include:
    1. Custom feature development unrelated to the scope of the functionality of our plugin
    2. Extensive design or UX changes unrelated to the plugin
    3. Unlimited maintenance or long-term consulting
    4. Work related to third-party plugins, themes, or custom code not directly required for, or related to the integration.
  5. To perform this service, you may be required to provide administrator-level access to your WordPress website and, where necessary, hosting, FTP, or third-party service access.
  6. We will make reasonable efforts to complete the integration within an appropriate timeframe, but we do not guarantee specific delivery times.
  7. The Full Integration Service is provided ā€œas isā€ and without additional warranties beyond those applicable to the WP Stager Integration plugin itself.

6. Dependencies & Disclaimer

  1. WP Stager Integration relies on Stager (a third-party ticketing software). We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for Stager.
  2. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted functionality of the Service if Stager changes its API, experiences downtime, or discontinues its services.
  3. The Service is provided ā€œas isā€ and ā€œas availableā€, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
  4. We are not responsible for any incompatibility issues arising from third-party themes, plugins, or custom code on your site.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  1. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption) arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
  2. We are not responsible for any data loss, corruption, or damages arising from third-party integrations, hosting environments, or your own failure to maintain backups.
  3. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months prior to the claim.
  4. We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, internet outages, government actions, or labor disputes.

8. Termination

  1. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting support.
  2. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that could harm us, other users, or third parties.
  3. Upon termination, your license to use the plugin immediately ends.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  1. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The Netherlands.
  2. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Rotterdam, The Netherlands.

10. Changes

  1. We may update these Terms from time to time. If material changes are made, we will notify you via email or through the Service.
  2. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Entire Agreement

  1. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy, form the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service, and supersede any prior agreements.
  2. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
  3. Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude any statutory rights that consumers are entitled to under applicable law.
