Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be confident in your purchase of WP Stager Integration. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations, refunds, and subscription changes are handled.
1. Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time.
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, depending on whether you are on a monthly or annual plan.
- No further charges will be applied after cancellation, but previously charged amounts remain non-refundable unless covered under our refund policy below.
2. Refunds
- 14-Day Money Back Guarantee: You may request a refund within 14 days of the initial purchase, provided you have not used the Service.
- If the plugin has been installed and data has been synced from Stager to our servers, the Service is considered used and the refund guarantee no longer applies.
- After 14 days, all payments are non-refundable, including unused portions of monthly or annual subscriptions.
- Refunds will not be issued for partial billing periods (e.g., unused days in a month, unused months in a year, etc).
- We may, at our sole discretion, issue a refund outside the 14-day window in exceptional cases, such as persistent technical issues that we are unable to resolve.
- EU consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days of purchase. By installing and using the Service during this period, you expressly agree that the Service is considered delivered and waive your right to withdraw.
3. Upgrades & Downgrades
- When you upgrade to a higher plan, the change takes effect immediately. The unused portion of your current subscription is prorated, and you will only be charged the difference. These prorations will be invoiced immediately at the time of the update.
- When downgrading to a lower plan, the change takes effect at the start of the new billing cycle.
- When switching to a shorter billing interval (e.g. from annual billing to monthly billing), the change is immediate.
4. How to cancel or request a refund
- You can manage or cancel your subscription directly from your account dashboard.
